FUSION RECRUITMENT EVENT!!!

Lunia has been going through quite a few leaps and bounds with all these new patches and updates, but FUSION has always been on top of things in many aspects, thanks to our great (although lazy, daydreamer, kitchen cleaner...) guild leader NightShadowX, and all its wonderful (but random, crazy, eccentric...) members! Want to treat yourself to a great gift this season? Then this is the awesome chance to join the awesome family that is FUSION!!!

"BUT HOW CAN I JOIN!?" you ask?

I. What is FUSION looking for in an applicant, and what are the minimum requirements?

• Be ACTIVE! If we wanted an inactive person, Night would make another fisher.
• Be helpful when you can. We don't expect you to be superman (although that would be AWESOME!).
• Be inquisitive and independent. We're always willing to answer questions you have and to help, but my nails won't do themselves, so we can't be with you always.
• Be at Myth 6 level. You must be able to at least do M6. We're not asking for super stats, but at least be able to do M6 comfortably.

II. What are some of FUSION's fundamental values?

• Respect. Respect guildies and non-guildies. Any complaint reported will be investigated and brought to your attention, and if deemed severe, will get you kicked. We'll also laugh at you.
• Decency. None of us are Mother Teresa (except Lavenite). We do enjoy the occasional black humor, the teasing, the trolling, and sometimes indecent subjects (to a degree). Do not overstep the boundaries, or we'll call your momma.
• Integrity. No scammers, bluffers, connivers, swindlers, con artists, defamers, hypocrites, or anyone of synonymous or similar nature. I ain't got money, anyways.
• Prudence. Spammers, grumps, and killjoys are ANNOYING. Keep it in whispers, or you may find something much more different than the expected consolation from your peers.

Interview Process:

• We have three main interviewers. Do not be afraid, they DO bite. They may ask you questions, they may not. They may want to talk to you to get to know you, they may not. Don't be a suck up; they will like it, but make you feel bad.
• There is one filter interviewer. He is old, he is cranky, and he smells. Consider him the last level before entering purgatory.
• Some members may be interested and will join in on this process. Make sure to talk with them, because it's nice to have allies.

Voting Process:
Basically the guild gets together, talks about each and every one of you (or maybe just one or two of you), talk gossip about you, talk about your mommas, eat some food, sleep some, and maybe vote last minute (if we remember). We will NOT say WHEN you are accepted, nor will we TELL you WHAT we said in those talks about you. Talking behind your back is no fun if you know everything that's going on. So, don't ask!
