here's me taking a crack at it - don't quote me on this!
there seems to be some new stage with ancient gods that u can do 3x a day. supposedly really hard.
also new myth raids which includes bapho
myths 1~3 has some change to the box rate and the number cards at the end
new blue crystal apple stuff
andddddd eir changes:
sunlight endurance at lvl 5
something about fixing the range of loh
change to both beads induction
more mp from PoS, rb PoS better than regular
purification/antidote higher levels -> lower cd
something about dodge height per level
fog range increase per level
i think it says 85 skill attacks too, and the nuclear reagent
both jogs have dash cancel, but i dont know at which part of the jog
i think it says some buffs can stack some cant
light shield cd decreases per level
i'm not so sure what it says about passives but seems like it says higher lvl heal = less dmg, higher lvl magic passive = less heal. also, levels max at 13, but the max percentage stays the same. in other words u need more points to max them
after lvl 3, bind works on higher level monsters, like the red ones
moonchain something about after lvl 5 and red monsters. something about tears and red monsters too
the AAS is something about canceling or not being able to cancel - from player suggestions
if i said "i think" or "not sure" or "seems like," don't trust me on it so much

3rd wave of loh has increased range
prayer has 10 waves, increases in speed towards the end
both beads target lower hp party members
PoS and rb PoS changed to -hp and-mp by %
purification/antidote higher levels -> lower cd
dodge endurance at lvl 5 and the dash it makes you do after dodge will increase in distance per level. it will help lower levels catch their opponent in pvp after using a low-height dodge i guess. you'll see the sequence of pictures below, with the little dodge piece on the ground
fog range increase per level

buffs are now stackable
both passives increased to lvl 13. heal passive has a -skill damage %, and vice versa
after lvl 3, bind works on targets in the air

u only have to press s once for pentagram. eir will spam the other 4 S's by herself, like d eir
rb pieces total revamp - is now lunia's moonerang. idk if it comes back actually so it might note be exactly a moonerang. looks like 25 sec base cd

look at that huge range. it reaches to the last scarecrow. looks like a little further than pentagram

i got those off a br lunia forum, which i found cause youtube showed they linked my video in that forum

looks like if u max both passives its 39% increase damage 13% increase heal. the damage isn't so far off what it is now. i think i'm going to lvl enough to get more damage and maybe only a 25% decrease in heal
fog dmg decrease O_o
edit: lol hi dorg i was wondering why u were viewing this at the same time i started posting, then saw your post after i posted mine. anyway nah its okay i can wait. if i try it now i wont be excited for it later

Rough translation of the video:
New Moon Piece: like Lunia Boss' Mega Moon Piece, without the boomerang effect (darn!), damage 1834-2038
JoG: damage 4739 - 5266, cancellable on descent
New JoG: damage 4202 - 5255, also cancellable on descent
Prayer of Healing: 10 waves (instead of 9)
Price of Sacrifice (original and new one): cures by % (guessing both mana and hp in the case of RB PoS, they didn't specify)
Tears of a Goddess: hits mobs on floor
Sunlight of Healing and Light of Healing: level 5+, impossible to dash cancel OR endurance, video isn't clear, but cow mentioned endurance in his post so it's most likely endurance
Light of Healing: amplified effect (3rd wave has bigger range)
New Beads: amplified effect (follows after those with lowest hp)
Magic Fortification Passive: augments damage 78%, diminishes heals 78%
Healing Fortification Passive: augments healing 91%, diminishes damage 39%

so it's either i get
lvl 13 skill buff and lvl 6 heal buff - +60% dmg and -36% heal
or

This is based on the assumption that each level up is uniform (
Here are some optimal settings
Max Possible Level at +13/+13:
Optimal (Balance between the two passives): +13 Magic Fortification Passive / +13 Healing Fortification Passive for 52% damage increase and 52% healing increase
Optimal (Damage over Healing): +13 Magic Fortification Passive / +8 Healing Fortification Passive for 82% damage increase and 2% healing increase
Optimal (Healing over Damage): +8 Magic Fortification Passive / +13 Healing Fortification Passive for 2% damage increase and 82% healing increase
Max Possible Level with Dyes +15/+15:
Optimal (Balance between the two passives): +15 Magic Fortification Passive / +15 Healing Fortification Passive for 60% damage increase and 60% healing increase
Optimal (Damage over Healing): +15 Magic Fortification Passive / +9 Healing Fortification Passive for 96% damage increase and 0% healing increase
Optimal (Healing over Damage): +9 Magic Fortification Passive / +15 Healing Fortification Passive for 0% damage increase and 96% healing increase
***Personal Note***: Eir's healing rate grows much higher per +int than her skill damage (healing has direct dependence on +int), compared to her damage (magic skill attacks depend on +str as well, deadly blow rate depends on +int, but requires good +dex and pets that can raise Chances of Deadly Blow in order to get Deadly Blow Rate in effect). No one needs overkill heals really, and having that extra damage will most likely benefit the party more than having more heals. 4k +int has really good heals in itself, and 5k +int is more than necessary (although more is better!) for overkill heals (without the healing passive buff!). I'd go with the optimal Damage over Healing settings, over
Another note: If you think the whole Full Support / DPS / Hybrid Eir classification has died out, thanks to this fortification system it has once again come back. Don't believe me? Try out DPS Eir, maxing out magic fortification and adding a dye to have it at +15, and keep healing fortification at 0, to see how your damage has increased a whopping 150%, 2.5 times the damage you usually hit! (i.e. if you damage usually 1000, it is now 2500), and how your heals drop to a measly 10% (so remember those 15000 heals? it's now 1500 q.q at least you can fake res...). DPS Eir sounds top tier damage, Full Support can heal you fully and quickly, and Hybrids are pretty balanced out (Hybrids however need to spend more SP, so happy hunting!)
MagLvl is Magic Fortification Passive Level, HealLvl is Healing Fortification Passive Level, Mag% is the percentage increased (or decreased) for magic damage, and Heal% is the percentage increased (or decreased) for healing rate

i like the +57% dmg & -29% heal, but we get 2 full sp reset per rb so i'll try the +66% dmg & 50% heal first

with +2 max dmg buff, it will be +150% dmg and -90% heal
with +2 max heal buff, it will be +150% heal and -90% damage
so both maxed both +2 becomes +60% heal +60% damage
and moon piece will be dash cancelable

My response to this, same as the one on ggftw, it's nice and seems promising but choosing between a LS+2 dye and healing forti +2 dye will be hard. =/
Time to buy apples and hope to find a dye I suppose or farm gold, and RB lots, because Eir is going to be really good. (I was going to stop at 15, but given the way things are when this patch arrives, it'll be truly amazing to see).
As for moon piece being dash cancelable, it's about time that will happen.

lvl 15 dmg : +150% dmg -90% heal
lvl 6 heal : -36% dmg +60% heal
= +114% dmg -30% heal sounds cool eh
